Camp Bighorn is a Christian adventure ministry whose purpose is to exemplify God’s love and encourage individuals to become more like Christ. All of the employees at Camp Bighorn are fully supported through their own network of individual supporters and churches. We provide support raising training and coaching to assist you in reaching full support.

The Wilderness Programming Manager leads and coordinates out-trips for summer programming and Journey, maintains the food system and maps, casts vision for new wilderness expeditions, and scouts new programming areas.
As A-La-Carte Adventures Coordinator, you will lead half day to full day adventures for local participants (within a 3 hours drive of Camp Bighorn), as well as build connections with churches, schools, and businesses. This role is crucial in facilitating welcoming, safe environments in short-term adventures to create space for conversations about life, ourselves, and the Lord.
The Program Training Coordinator ensures that our staff are gaining proficiency in their ability to teach and facilitate adventure activities, whether new skills or progressing in current skills. This role involves overseeing training of staff in technical aspects for leading adventures, planning program training for summer staff, and developing a network of outside instructors.
The Admin and Marketing Manager maintains an engaging social media presence for Journey, books face-to-face marketing opportunities, coordinates logistics for special events, and assists the Journey Director(s) with other administrative details as needed. This is a part time position.

Do you have a knack for building relationships and creating processes that run efficiently? The Registrar manages program registration, communicates guest needs, distributes contracts, and creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
The Grounds Manager maintains the grounds of Camp Bighorn, creating a welcoming, inviting environment for guests. Responsibilities include mowing, watering, pruning, maintaining trails, and overseeing the summer staff operations crew.
Get that sweet sense of accomplishment when you clean? Enjoy practical ministry? We'd love to have you join us! The Facilities Manager oversees the janitorial duties of the buildings, creating a welcoming, safe environment for guests.
The Vehicle and Shop Manager ensures that Camp Bighorn’s vehicles are operating safely and consistently. Vehicles are a key part of adventure and ministry experiences. Other responsibilities include vehicle repair, organizing the Operations Shop, and overseeing staff training for vehicles and equipment.
