Junior Camp
Junior Camp is an overnight program designed for all the young adventurers who live near Camp Bighorn. As campers arrive on Monday evening, they will meet their summer staff leaders, divide into cabin groups, and start learning the names of the other campers in their group. The rest of the week will be spent floating down the river, navigating obstacles in the aerial adventure park, climbing rock walls, and more.
This is a great experience to build lasting friendships and have fun outside!
Lodging
Campers will be divided into groups of 8 with 2 adult leaders. This group of 10 will complete all activities and meals together while maintaining appropriate social distancing from other groups.
Meals
All three meals are prepared in our commercial kitchen and served inside the Lodge. The kitchen staff are careful to include a variety of foods, including gluten-free and dairy-free options. There is also a camp store where your camper can purchase snacks and soda.

Adventures
All the adventures are led by trained staff, with safety, team dynamics, and fun in mind! Rock climbing, ropes course, rafting, hiking, and stand up paddle boarding are some of the options. Each cabin group will receive a schedule of adventures for the week, and they will complete them together.
