Who is invited

Individuals & couples in any area of Christian ministry: pastors, non-profit staff, church leaders, missionaries, chaplains, aid workers, and teachers. Spouses of ministry workers are invited at a discounted rate.

The Setting

Camp Bighorn, nestled between the Lolo National Forest and the Clark Fork River, is an inspiring 80-acre wilderness oasis.

Private cabins will be available for couples; individuals will share lodging with a handful of like-minded leaders.
Limited RV spots are available.

The Schedule

We recognize that each guest will come for different reasons and will have individualized needs to find rest. So while you are here you can set your own schedule between meals to spend time with God, pray, relax, process through past seasons, plan for the future, interact with like-minded ministry workers, connect with your spouse, or engage in a highly curated outdoor adventure led by our skilled team of technical adventure coordinators. There will also be optional morning and evening devotions available.

Meals, served by our onsite chef and food service team will follow the below schedule:

8am - Breakfast
12:30pm - Lunch
6pm - Dinner

The adventure options offered include rock climbing, hiking, rafting, canoeing, ropes courses, ziplining, and mountain biking. These options will be narrowed down based on the preferences selected during the registration process - so be sure to let us know which (if any) adventures most interest you!

The Heart

The heart behind our Renew Retreat is to see you and your fellow ministry workers, rested, restored, refocused, and ready to leave Bighorn with forward momentum.

Arrival / Departure

Arrival - Thursday, October 17th

Guests should arrive at Camp Bighorn between 3pm-5pm, allowing time to get settled before dinner at 6pm.

Departure - Sunday, October 20th*

Breakfast will be served 8am. Guests check-out is between 10am-12pm.
*Guests wishing to depart early, on Saturday, please notify our office prior to arrival.
