Summer Intern Application Deadline EXTENDED to April 30th!

Peace of Mind Cancellation Policy

A Letter from the Executive Director

Dear Campers and Guests,

This has been a challenging time for so many of us. We pray that God is near and providing peace in the midst of all the uncertainty. For those who may be walking through uncertainty, please know that you are not alone.

Protecting the health and safety of all our campers, guests, staff members, and volunteers is a top priority, which is why we have an active, on-going partnership with local health authorities to ensure that Camp Bighorn remains a safe place for all.

Summer camps have been restructured to follow the most recent best practices given by the Montana Health Department and Center for Disease Control (CDC). We feel confident about this new structure, but understand if you have hesitations about making future plans. Information develops quickly and changes often, which is why we have created the Peace of Mind Cancellation Policy.

The Peace of Mind Cancellation Policy guarantees a 95% refund, including your deposit, if Camp Bighorn must cancel your registration due to COVID-19 (5% withheld for third party processing fees). If you must cancel due to COVID-19, Camp Bighorn will work with you to reschedule as best as possible.

Adventure can be defined as anything with an unknown outcome. We don’t know how all of this will turn out, but we will seek to make the best decisions possible for the good of all our guests. We are in this together!

Grace and Peace,

Brian Meaden
Executive Director
