Middle School Camp
Spend a week building relationships and conquering challenges, all while learning more about Jesus. Western Montana is full of adventure, and this summer middle schoolers can spend five days experiencing all that Camp Bighorn has to offer, from white water rafting to high ropes courses and more!
This is a week to make friends, build confidence, and return home with life-changing memories.
Ever built a raft from boards and barrels? On the Huck Finn event, campers get to test their teamwork skills while aiming to sail a custom-built raft all the way back to camp. It's a prized title only few can successfully claim, but everyone returns home a little bit better at communication.
Campers also get to ride rafts and stand up paddle boards through whitewater rapids. This is a great trip for beginners with lots of splashing.
Rocks, Ropes, and More
Once you've dried off, there are tons more adventures to check out. With the help of your cabin mates, navigate challenges in the obstacle course, race through the aerial adventure park, and climb to the top of some seriously beautiful rock climbing routes that lookout across the valley. You can also compete in the Gaga Ball pit, challenge someone in a game of Carpet Ball, or play yard games with all your friends.
Meals and Lodging
The kitchen is popularly hailed as one of the best parts of camp. Bighorn staff work hard to prepare heaping portions of tasty menu items at every meal, keeping you fueled up and ready for more adventures. And if you need a little extra sugar, snacks are available in the Camp Store for just $1.
When you're ready to crash for the night, circle back to your bunkbed in a cabin nestled in just beneath the giant pine trees. Each cabin sleeps up to eight people, including a private bathroom and large front porch that looks down at the Lodge.
