Why I am here
I feel called to creative environments of growth through Christ. Partnering with Bighorn allows me to do that through adventures of all shapes and sizes. I also love making guests and summer staff feel comfortable and welcomed here!
Background
Amber has been around Bighorn since 2004. She claims to have been the "know-it-all camp kid" who fell in love with camp and never turned back! Summer camps--Bighorn and others--have always been a part of her life. At Bighorn, Amber served as a summer staff volunteer for four years, learning many aspects and roles, before joining the full-time staff team. She has a heart for the local community and serving others.
Guest Services Coordinator
Responsibilities
As the Guest Services Coordinator, I am responsible for creating and overseeing Bighorn's hospitality plans and services to our guests. As one of the first people that our guests will meet, I offer a personal welcome influenced by my years of experience and loving care for others. I set the tone for the exceptional retreats, camps, and adventures that await every guest, volunteer, and staff member coming to Bighorn.

Fun Fact
I love swing dancing... A LOT! I often spend time up in the trees in our ropes courses, and worshiping Jesus through song is one of my passions.
